November days

The cold is setting in, icicles hang from the back of our house, and we have woken more than once to spotted blankets of snow in the yard (that have not yet stayed past afternoon).
These November days we are learning......



that one should lie in a sunny spot in the house when we have the chance (a lesson we took from the cat)......


that it's fun to try on new snowsuits, but wearing them doesn't make it snow, or make the snow stay!






























that it's good to be 6!





that it's hard to be sisters............




that new found friends add color and warmth to our days.......



that it's hard to give up a morning cuddle, even for breakfast...........




that it's great to be sisters!


that if you can't find daddy, he's probably chopping wood......

that if we are cooped up like this all winter, we're gonna start losing it, mom!
